1. Manufacturer's Warranty & Service Policy

1.1 Scope of Coverage

The Ultimate Body Press Manufacturer's Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that arise during normal, intended use of the product. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Important Note on Component Wear and Tear:

The warranty strictly excludes damage resulting from natural use over time.

  • ✅ Covered: The part was visibly damaged, torn, or missing when you first unboxed the new item (a manufacturing defect or shipping damage).

  • ❌ Not Covered: The replacement of soft components (e.g., foam grips, padded seats, or rubber end caps) due to normal wear and tear (degradation, scuffs, flattening) is excluded from coverage.

1.2 Warranty Eligibility and Exclusions

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to products purchased as NEW from an authorized channel. Your purchase is eligible for warranty service only if the item was purchased in New condition and Sold by Ultimate Body Press (our official store  regardless of platform) or Sold by Amazon.com (Amazon Retail).

The warranty is void for items sold by any other 3rd-party seller, regardless of the item's condition. Furthermore, the warranty is always void for any items purchased in Used or Renewed condition, even if purchased from an authorized seller, as the manufacturer's warranty does not transfer to second-hand owners.

1.3 Required Documentation for Service Claims

To verify eligibility and process a claim, mandatory proof of purchase is required. The documentation needed varies slightly depending on where you placed your order:

A. For Amazon Orders

If your purchase was made on Amazon, you must provide the full Amazon order summary (a screenshot or PDF). This document is essential because it is the only way to verify the seller and condition. The summary must clearly display:

  1. The Seller of the item.

  2. The Condition.

  3. The Date of purchase.

A simple order number alone is not sufficient for Amazon claim verification.

B. For Official Store Orders (UltimateBodyPress.com)

If your purchase was made directly through our official website, please provide the following:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The Email Address used to place the order.

If you cannot locate your order number, we will use your email address to look up the purchase date and confirm the item's condition.

2. Return Policy

You may return items purchased directly from Ultimate Body Press within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

  • The item must be returned with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

  • All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

3. Shipping Policy

Ultimate Body Press is a North Carolina company, and our warehouse is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

United States

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 ship free (contiguous United States only).

  • Shipping Rates: For orders under $50, we charge a flat rate of $12.99.

  • Fulfillment: Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is available after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time on the day of departure.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–9 days.
